Mark is a Chartered Accountant who is registered with both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors as a public practice auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, and a Higher Diploma in Taxation Law from Wits. He is also a Unisa-approved Registered Auditor for B-BBEE. Additionally, Mark serves as the manager of KCE Consulting, a growing financial services firm that focuses on delivering value to high-net-worth individuals.
Mark has over 30 years of business experience in various industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. As an avid entrepreneur, he has a proven track record of identifying opportunities and successfully turning concepts into reality.

Eckardt grew up in a family of Property Developers and pioneering Property Professionals, igniting his passion and love for both property development and real estate at a young age. His extensive experience in the industry, coupled with a constant drive to innovate and optimize, led him to the Lexicon Group of Companies, where he now serves as the visionary CEO.
With 16 years of experience in various residential developments and joint venture projects, Eckardt brings valuable insights and expertise to the company. He holds a legal background and a National Diploma in Sectional Title Management from the University of Cape Town. Eckardt is committed to realizing his vision of conceptualizing and executing new residential
developments across all spheres of the residential and construction markets.
